• Structure, negotiate draft and close complex and routine transactions including acquisition, divestiture, joint ventures, development, distribution, lease, license, employment, sales and service agreements, among others
• Formation and structure of business entities 
• Hardware & software sales, licensure, distribution & development agreements
• Trade association representation
• In House and Outside General Counsel for both public and privately held companies
